Lehighton Legion Auxiliary celebrates Presidents Day

Members of the Lehighton American Legion Auxiliary 314, in honor of Presidents Day, presented rulers with photographs and terms of office of all the presidents of the United States printed on them to approximately 190 eighth grade students at the Lehighton Area Middle School. From left are LaRue Fritz, second vice president and Poppy and Girls State chairman; Madison Teno, vice president of the LAMS Student Council; and Ben Cordova, president of the LAMS Student Council; Sue Anthony, Sgt. at arms and Americanism chairman; and Michael DeAngelo, assistant principal. The rulers were donated by Jean Rice, a member of the Legion Auxiliary.
