An access device fraud case in which a Saylorsburg man is the victim is being investigated by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

Police said the incident happened on Sept. 25. The victim is Donald W. Herold, 77, of Meixell Valley Road, Ross Township, Saylorsburg. Police said someone obtained the victim's ATM account number and used it to make an unauthorized purchase in the amount ot $235.36.
