Jim Thorpe police report the arrest of Mark E. Yanoski, 43, of 84 N. Shore Dr., Lake Harmony, on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Police said the arrest stems from an incident at 12:05 a.m. Feb. 18, when they were dispatched to a report of a driver driving erratically on Route 903.After making a traffic stop, police said Yanoski displayed signs of intoxication and was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests that he was unable to perform. He was placed under arrest for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton, for a blood test.Police said the test revealed a BAC level of .15.The man is facing two counts of DUI as well as several summary charges.
