Three persons will be cited as a result of an incident at 3:27 p.m. April 20 at E139 Lake Shore Drive in Tobyhanna.

Pocono Mountain Regional Police said Gregory Bailes, 18, of Tobyhanna, and two juveniles females from that community are facing the charges.Police said they were summoned to the above location after security at A Pocono Country Place reported three individuals trespassing and using narcotics. Upon arrival, police identified the individuals and found drug paraphernalia at the scene.Police did not indicate whether they will be charged for drug violations or for trespassing, but said they will be charged with disorderly conduct.
