Nesquehoning receives grant

The new Nesquehoning Police Station has received a grant from State Rep. Keith McCall for 90 percent of the office plans. Parking lot restructuring and new computers with state of the art software was purchased by the borough of Nesquehoning. Desks were made possible through a donation secured through Mayor Tony Walck. Standing outside of the station are, left to right, Patrolman Tom Kurtz, Borough secretary/treasurer RoniSue Ahner,council president Mark Stromelo, State Rep. Keith McCall, council member David Hawk, and Police Chief Sean Smith.
