Rush Township police report the following arrests.

On May 14 at 5:40 p.m., Tiffany Binder, 28, of Lansford, was charged with retail theft after allegedly stealing $48.78 worth of merchandise from Walmart.On May 15 at 02:10 a.m.,? John Yeager, 48, of Hometown, was charged with public drunkenness after causing a disturbance on the Hometown Hill.On May 16 at 6 p.m., Angel L. Hernandez, 30, of the Bronx, N.Y. was arraigned before District Justice David A Platchko, Port Carbon, on charges of retail theft and resisting arrest.Hernandez ran from the store and was caught a short time later hiding in the bathroom at Basile's Restaurant in Hometown with the door locked. Hernandez was unable to post $25,000 10 percent bail and was lodged in Schuylkill County prison, Pottsville.Scott A Gray, 26, of Rapidan, Va. and Michael A Routt II, 20, of Culpepper, Va. are facing retail theft charges after allegedly stealing T-shirts from Walmart on May 16 at 6 p.m.
