Stefanie Markley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Markley of Bowmanstown, became the bride of Michael Becker Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Becker, of Lansford, on April 10, 2010 at Sacred Heart Church in Palmerton.

The Rev. Stephen Halabura officiated at the double ring ceremony.Rebekah McFadden served as vocalist and Joanne Kerscmar was the organist.Given in marriage by her father, the bride chose Sarah Horning, of Watervliet, N.Y. as matron of honor. Heather Rehrig, Palmerton, and Elizabeth Smith, Nazareth, both cousins of the bride, were bridesmaids.The bridegroom chose Terry Paul, of Tamaqua to serve as the best man.Ushers included James Mulholland, Nesquehoning, and John Brixius, Palmerton.Following the ceremony, the couple welcomed family and friends to a reception at the East Penn Sporting Club in Lehighton.The couple traveled to St. Lucia for their honeymoon.They currently reside in Palmerton.
