Now that President Trump submitted his budget, many folks are in an uproar. He wants to decrease federal spending on handouts! Well good for us.

Apparently after being breastfed and brainwashed for so many years, politicians, both local and state have succumbed to and come to depend on handouts. Well shame on you. It's time the handouts were earned. Entitlements are earned. You pay in and get a return.Handout recipients and the politicians bleeding the system or using handout as a way to balance their budgets may face a harsh reality. Earn it!Taxpayers are tired of footing the bill for those who can but won't work. Trump is the voice of those who are fed up with freebees for those willing to sit back and put no effort into child rearing, child care, child education, finding work, or otherwise being a productive member of society.Well get ready to suck it up. Be somebody. Get involved with your kids, look for work and take pride in yourself. Any politician who doesn't think morals, personal pride and hard work is better than receiving handouts isn't worth a single vote in my opinion. Wake up, people. Just sayin'.Bob Barone Sr.Andreas
