A Schuylkill County woman is the victim of access device fraud.

State police at Frackville said a 49-year-old woman from New Castle Township reported someone used her MasterCard to make 10 unauthorized purchases at either Target or Checkers store in Florida.The purchases made at the Target store were conducted over the telephone.It is unknown at this time how the criminal obtain the victim's credit card information.
