A Schuylkill County man was cited twice in two separate incidents a day apart over the past weekend.

State police at Frackville said Mitchel Ray Klingerman, 26, of Nuremberg, was cited for harassment for an incident on Saturday at 8:15 p.m. at 798 Main St., Nuremberg, North Union Township. Troopers said Klingerman and a 25-year-old man, also of Nuremberg, became involved in a verbal argument over food. The argument became physical when Klingerman struck the man in the head multiple times.Then on Sunday, at 4:45 p.m. at the same location, the two men were involved in another verbal argument that turned physical during which Klingerman struck the man in the head with closed fists. Klingerman was again charged with harassment.
