Organizers of the Alzheimer's Family Fun Festival & Walk to End Alzheimer's have extended the date for inclusion on the Alzheimer's Wall of Memories until Sept. 4.

The Wall of Memories is a banner that shows the faces of local people who have or have had Alzheimer's disease. The banner acts as a tool to create awareness of the prevalence of the disease and the need for funding to help find a way to prevent, cure or slow the progression of this devastating disease.Send pictures via email to Kathy at
