An incident at 3:15 a.m. Nov. 9 at 72 Wiggans St., New Philadelphia, has resulted in the arrest of a Pottsville man.

State police at the Frackville barracks said Raymond Barton, 50, was cited for harassment after he arrived at the above location and caused a disturbance, during which time he was cursing and yelling at a resident and police.
