State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks are investigating a hit-and-run accident that happened between 11:10 a.m. and 4:10 p.m. Nov. 9 in the parking lot of Wendy's, North Manheim Township.

Police said a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am that was parked in the lot between those hours was struck by an unknown vehicle whose driver fled the scene without reporting the incident.The owner of the vehicle noticed the driver's side headlight was hanging out, as well as damages to the front fender.The owner of the damaged vehicle was not identified by police.
