State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating a reckless endangerment incident that happened at 4:20 p.m. March 24 in Eldred Township.

The victim is Dorothy J. Cavanaugh, 52, of 828 Molasses Valley Road, Kunkletown.Police said a stray bullet richocheted into a living room window of the occupied residence. The bullet was believed to have come from the woods across a field in front of the residence.
