On Monday evening, June 17, from 6 to 8 p.m., Pottsville Fire Department will host a community safety program.

It will be held at the DHH Lengle Middle School lower parking lot (Martz Hall).There will be many preparedness tips and takeaways during the evening provided by numerous public safety agencies from Pottsville and around the County. Food and refreshments will be provided during the event.This public awareness event is being hosted by the Pottsville Fire Department and supported by the Pottsville Police, Pottsville Area EMS, Schuylkill County Sheriff Department, Lehigh Valley Medevac, South Schuylkill Fire Mutual Aid, and the Schuylkill County Emergency Management Agency.
