State police at Lehighton reported on harassment citations issued recently.
Troopers said two male teens, a 12-year-old from Palmerton and a 13-year-old from Kunkletown, were cited for an incident at the Palmerton Area Junior High School, Fireline Rd., in Lower Towamensing Township. They are accused of choking and pushing a classmate, a 12-year-old boy from Palmerton.
The incident occurred about 1:30 p.m. on May 24, troopers said. Troopers added the incident is being handled by school officials.
Thomas Yurick, of Kunkletown, was cited for allegedly striking Karen Ramsey, of Kunkletown, in the back of her head by his hands. The incident occurred on June 2 about 12:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Dotters Corner Rd., in Polk Township, Monroe County, troopers said.
