A Tamaqua man has been cited following an altercation with his father on Wednesday.

William George Manness Sr., 55, of 326 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, told police he was involved in an argument with his son, William George Manness Jr., 32, around noon on that day, when the younger man struck him twice.The son was cited for harassment.
