Two Monroe County women are facing access device fraud and theft counts.

State police at Fern Ridge said Jeanette Rivera, 43, and Jane Irene Rivera, 22, both of Long Pond, used the lost credit card of a 23-year-old Effort man to buy $150 worth of groceries at Kinsley's ShopRite store in Chestnuthill Township.The incident occurred about 3 p.m. on Saturday.
