The Towamensing Township Historical Commission is hosting Kathy Augustine for its May 24, 7 p.m., meeting.

The program will be a seminar on the art/skill of spinning in history. She'll be bringing an old-fashioned spinning wheel for her presentation.The program, open to the public, will be held at the Towamensing Municipal Building on Stable Road, which is north of the Towamensing Elementary School off Route 209.
