State police at Schuylkill Haven reported investigating a two vehicle crash on Monday, Oct. 19, about 6:52 a.m. along SR183 in Wayne Township, Schuylkill County.

Troopers said Donna L. Miller, 52, of Auburn, was southbound in the left lane while Tami S. Berger, 41, also of Auburn, was southbound in the right lane. Troopers said Miller did not see Berger attempting to change lanes. Berger swerved to avoid Miller but her 1994 Ford Mustang struck Miller's 1998 Ford Escort on the front right bumper. The impact caused Berger to lose control of her vehicle, which went off the road and struck an embankment and then spun clockwise coming to rest on the west shoulder. Miller's car came to rest on the west shoulder facing south.Berger sustained a minor injury in the crash while Miller and her passenger, Larry G. Miller, 59, same address, were not hurt.Troopers cited Miller for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
