Rush Township police are investigating the theft of assorted items removed from the Physical Therapy Specialist building in Hometown. The thefts reportedly occurred over the past few days.

Items reportedly stolen include keys, cash and other types of valuables.Officers are also investigating a burglary at 190 Claremont Ave. Reportedly, persons unknown entered the home and attempted to set fire to an upstairs bedroom.Damage was confined to a closet area.Anyone with information concerning either incident is asked to call police at (570) 668-6100.
