A neighbors' dispute has resulted in two persons being charged. State police at Fern Ridge said the incident occurred along Red Pine Road, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, on June 9 between 8:30 and 10 p.m.
Troopers said Darrin Plocic, 45, and Robin G. Golembiewski, 42, both of Effort, have been cited. Plocic is accused of cutting through a fence belonging to Paul M. Rivera, 48, of Effort, while Golembiewski is accused of pointing a flashlight in Rivera's windows and yelling obscene language. Plocic is charged with criminal mischief and Golembiewski with harassment.
