A Summit Hill man was charged with terroristic threats after he challenged two men with a pistol.

According to Summit Hill police, on Dec. 23, 2011, at 12:45 p.m., officers received a call from the operators of a tow truck concerning an incident that was happening at Knepper's Trailer Court, Lot 7. The operators reported that David Corbett, 67, of the above address, allegedly threatened the operators and had a pistol with him.He was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangering and harassment.
