Shawn D. Hunter, 37, of Schuylkill Haven, was uninjured after a vehicle he was driving on Jan. 18 at 4:44 p.m. on the Blue Mountain Road in Wayne Township, Schuylkill County, went out of control and flipped over.

State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks said he was driving a 2000 Chevrolet Blazer eastbound when he became distracted and lost control of the vehicle. It struck a mailbox and then traveled along an embankment where it began to flip onto its driver's side, the re-entering the eastbound lane of travel on its roof. The vehicle slid in an eastbound direction before traveling southeast, striking a tree on the south berm. it traveled back onto the eastbound lane of travel and came to rest on its roof blocking both lanes of travel.Police said Hunter will be charged with driving on roadways laned for traffic.
