Tamaqua Police were dispatched to 25 Vine St. at 9:53 p.m. on Jan. 31 for a reported domestic incident in progress.

At the house, they spoke with April Saeger, 28, who admitted to having a verbal argument with her boyfriend. At one point, she called her mother to give her a ride, but the boyfriend left instead.The officer was going to leave when he saw a pipe, commonly used to smoke marijuana, and a grinder in plain sight. Saeger said the items were hers.She was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
