Nesquehoning man faces several charges

A Nesquehoning man faces numerous charges following a reported retail theft in Rush Township on Feb. 10.

Cody Kmetz, 20, allegedly took $105.88 worth of video games from the Hometown Commons Wal-Mart. During the investigation, officers learned that Kmetz also committed retail thefts at the store on Feb. 5 ($143.10) and Feb. 9 ($103.70).In addition to multiple counts of retail theft, Kmetz will also be charged with receiving stolen property.
