A traffic stop in McAdoo on Jan. 7 resulted in driving under the influence (DUI) charges being filed against a Hazleton man.

Patrolman James Patterson stopped a vehicle at 3:10 a.m. after the driver failed to stop for a red traffic signal. The officer identified the driver as Paul Daniel Swinesburg Jr., 28, of 948 N.
