State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a criminal mischief incident that happened between 3-7 a.m. March 15 at 9808 King's Highway in Lower Milford Township.

The victim is Kyle Beidler, 20, of Hatfield.He told police someone smashed the driver's side window of his vehicle while it was parked at the above site.
