A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that was reported on Tuesday at 3:32 a.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to the 1300 block of Cambell Way, in Tobyhanna, for a report of a suspicious vehicle in a driveway. On scene, officers observed a white Honda Accord parked in the driveway with no one around it. Officers then spoke with the homeowner who said she saw the vehicle, then heard some noises outside the home.

Police checked the area and found Uhuru Aseto, 32, of the 1000 block of Bartonville Woods Road, Stroudsburg, on a lower roof of the home at the rear of the residence.

Aseto was taken into custody and charged with criminal trespass, a felony; loitering and prowling at night and persistent disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors; and the summary offense of simple trespass.
