Summit Hill police reports

Police were dispatched to a report of road rage at 5:23 a.m. April 21.

Sean Trinkle, 42, of 258 E. Kline Ave., Lansford, was charged with two counts of recklessly endangering a person, two counts of simple assault, two counts of harassment, disorderly conduct, following too closely, passing when prohibited, careless driving, reckless driving, improper passing and limit on driving on the left side of the road. Police say Trinkle was chasing and terrorizing another driver. The chase began in Summit Hill and was stopped in Mahoning Valley by Mahoning police.Police were dispatched to the intersections of Ludlow and Chestnut streets, Summit Hill, after a man was seen putting something on the door handles of a car at 8:59 a.m. May 18. Gregory Heintzelman, 47 of W. Ludlow Street, Summit Hill allegedly put feces on the door handles. He was charged with criminal mischief.Travis Brideson, 22 of 206 W. Patterson St, W. Lansford, was allegedly seen at a residence at the Lansford townhouses after he was given prior instruction to not trespass.The police spoke to him and told him to leave. Brideson was charged with criminal trespassing.Police received a call of a disturbance on 243 E. Hazard St. at 2:21 a.m. May 14.Ashley Morach, 25, of 10 S. Pine Street, Summit Hill, was given a citation for disorderly conduct.Police were dispatched to 42 E. Ludlow St., Summit Hill to respond to a female fighting with a male at 11 a.m. May 24. Eleanor Schmitk, 51 of 219.5 Lehigh Street, Palmerton, allegedly ripped the glasses off the male.She was charged with harassment and criminal mischief.A 16-year-old Nesquehoning male was found in possession of a controlled substance and tobacco May 20 at Panther Valley High School.He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and cited in district court, Lansford, for use of tobacco in school.Police received a report from a female victim at 3:30 p.m. May 13 reporting that a she was threatened while driving.Bernard Mieczkowski, 33 of 59 W. Holland Street, Summit Hill, allegedly grabbed the female victim's wrists while she was driving and threatened to harm her if she called the police. Mieczkowski was charged with terroristic threats and harassment.Police responded to a report of a man lying by the street at 6 p.m. May 27. Upon arrival, they found Marc Kulick, 49 of 118 W. Fell Street, Summit Hill, lying by the side of the road. Police say he was intoxicated.Kulick was charged with public drunkenness.Police observed a man walking in the middle of the road at 1:20 a.m. May 29. Eugene Turner, 35 of 7 N. Market Street, Summit Hill, appeared to be intoxicated and was charged with public drunkenness.Police received a complaint that a man was driving a vehicle erratically and causing a disturbance at 12:10 p.m. April 22. Traben Greenzweig, 22 of 253 W. White Street, Summit Hill, was charged with reckless driving, careless driving and disorderly conduct.At 11:30 p.m. April 5, police responded to another complaint involving erratic driving.Greenzweig was doing the same thing and was charged with reckless driving, careless driving and disorderly conduct.
