Christopher Oxenrider, 28, of Gilbert, is facing charges of driving under the ifluence of alcohol as a result of a traffic stop on Dec. 10 at 2:30 a.m.

State police at the Lehighton barracks said he was stopped on Burger Hollow Road in Polk Township, Monroe County, after police observed him committing traffic violations. Police said he showed signs of impairment, failed field sobriety tests and was transported to the barracks for a breathalyzer test.
