Joseph "Buck" O'Donnell, who has served his community, church, and fellow man for most of his 92 years, was named "Citizen of the Year" by the Summitt Hill Community Improvement Organization (SHCIO) at a testimonial dinner held in his honor at the American Legion. About 100 people attended the affair. The toastmaster was Thomas Miller, vice president of SHCIO.
