The annual Andreas Halloween Parade, the only known parade where spectators can see it pass three times from one location, will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

The rain date is Thursday.The parade will form at 6:15 at the Andreas Sporting Club.The marcherS can be seen three times as they pass the Andreas Post Office.The event is sponsored by the West Penn Township Lions and Lioness Clubs.Participants are judged. Representatives of individuals or organizations must be present at the conclusion of the parade to receive prizes.
