Genevieve Sterlock is celebrating her 101st birthday today.

She was born on June 6, 1912 in Rome, N.Y., and spent most of her life in McAdoo. She worked at Rival Dress Company.Gen was married to Joseph Sterlock, who died in 1976.She has one daughter, Eugenia Bumbulsky of Hometown. She also has one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.Gen is active in reading, crossword puzzles and praying the rosary daily.Genevieve currently resides at Heritage Hill, Weatherly, where she celebrated her birthday with family and friends. The celebration was hosted by staff at Heritage Hill; her daughter, Eugenia; and granddaughter and great-granddaughter, Renee and Jenna Wetterau of Drums.
