Jarred Strohl, of Palmerton, reported to state police at Lehighton that on June 11 between 6:42 and 10:15 p.m. someone had poured beer onto the driver's seat of his 2001 Volkswagen Golf through an open window.

The incident occurred while the car was parked at the Covered Bride Inn at Little Gap Road, Lower Towamensing Township, Carbon County.
