Penn-Kidder Lions Club recently honored Cassidy Matthews, a student at Penn-Kidder Campus, Jim Thorpe School District as the Student of the Month of February. Each month Penn-Kidder Lions Club honors an outstanding eighth grade student who is selected by school officials. From left are, Cassidy Matthews, student, Carol Matthews, her mother; and Enoico Rivera, a member of Penn-Kidder Lions Club, who presented the award and cash prize. Students and their families are also treated to breakfast as guests of the club.
