A Monroe County man, who has been in trouble with the law earlier this month was arrested twice on Aug. 22.

State police at Lehighton said Vincent Klinger, 62, of 743 Center Road, Deublers Trailer Park, Gilbert, Polk Township, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident that occurred about 5:55 a.m. near his home. He is accused of striking the home of Zachary Bollam, 32, with rocks and playing loud music.At 1:11 p.m. Klinger was charged for an incident involving Richard Snell, 58, of 771 Center Road. He approached Snell and threateneed to burn down his home and kill him. Klinger is facing simple assault and harassment, troopers said.
