A Schuylkill County couple is facing charges in Carbon County.

Lehighton police said Alicia Hibbler, 34, and Kenneth Hibbler, 38, both of 319 W. Atlantic St., Shenandoah, have been charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unsworn falsification to authorities, and criminal conspiracy.According to police on Jan. 30 the two presented a prescription to the First National Pharmacy on N. First Street. Upon returning to obtain the medication, and as the clerk was verifying identification, the doctor who issued the prescription called the pharmacy and stated she was withdrawing the prescription due to the couple getting another pain medication prescription from another doctor.The pharmacist advised the Hibblers of this, and Kenneth took the pills from the counter and left. Both Hibblers left the pharmacy with 180 oxycodone pills without paying for them and without a valid prescription, police said.
