Jonathan Godwin, 20, of Ringown, was arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks on a charge of harassment at about 5:10 p.m. April 18.

Police said the incident took place in the 400 block of Ringtown Boulevard in Union Township, Schuylkill County.Police said Godwin and the victim, Malisia Rutherford, 36, also of Ringtown, were involved in a verbal dispute when Godwin initiated physical contact with the woman, grabbing her arms and causing her to fall to the ground.
