Kenneth Shankweiler, 50, of Barnesville, is facing driving under the influence (DUI) and other charges following an incident in Rush Township on Sept. 22.

Shankweiler was stopped on Tuscarora Park Road at 2:46 a.m. and found to be in an intoxicated condition.Blood tests taken at a Pottsville hospital indicated a .131 percent blood alcohol level, almost twice the legal limit of .08.
