Two area men were among seven defendants who had their probations revoked by Schuylkill County judges.

Timothy J. Postupack, 33, had his probation revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin and he was re-sentenced on a unlawful restraint charge to serve nine to 23 months in the county prison with 49 days credit for time served.On a simple assault charge was sentenced to serve an additional 12 months on probation. When released on probation he must complete the batterers program and shall have no contact with the victim. Postupack entered guilty pleas to the charges last Sept. 21 and was placed on probation.Franklin John Kunkel III, 21, of 139 Tamanend Road, Quakake, Rush Township, had his probation revoked by Baldwin and was committed to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence with 258 days of liberty taken away and added to his maximum sentence. The court ruled he will to eligible for parole no earlier than June 9. Kunkel pleaded guilty to burglary to Pieracinis Market, Tamaqua, and was sentenced last February.Tracy Lynn Donmoyer, 44, Pottsville, had her probation revoked by Baldwin and she was re-sentenced on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia to serve three to 12 months in the county prison with 51 days credit for time served. She also shall submit to drug and alcohol evaluation and follow up any recommended treatment. Donmoyer had pleaded guilty to the charges last February and was placed on probation.Hubert M. Wakefield, 33, Minersville, had his probation revoked by Baldwin and remanded to the county prison to serve the balance of his sentence on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle with 126 days of liberty taken away. He received credit for serving 58 days in prison. Also, on the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia he must serve an additional 12 months on probation. He shall be eligible to apply for parole in four months.Lisa M. Cope, 56, Wyomissing, Berks County, had her probation revoked by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin and she was re-sentenced to serve 18 months on probation.John David Rose III, 27, Minersville, had his probation revoked by Dolbin and he was re-sentenced to serve 18 months on probationShane Michael Frye, 21, Pottsville, had his probation revoked by Judge John E. Domalakes and was recommitted to the county prison to serve his original sentence on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. He is eligible for parole when he acquires a suitable residence or is accepted into an inpatient treatment facility.On a charge he was re-sentenced to serve 18 months on probation consecutive . His maximum date for release is May 5, 2012.Frye had pleaded guilty and was sentenced on January 28, 2008, on charges of unlawful contact or communication with a minor and after serving a prison sentence was released on a lengthy probation sentence. He pleaded guilty to the charges last March 3.
