A theft by unlawful taking or disposition incident is being reported by state police at the Lehighton barracks.

The victim is Matthew C. Schutter, 41, of Jim Thorpe.He told police someone removed his political campaign signs valued at $4 from a location along Rt. 903 in front of the Penn Forest Township building.
