Blue Mountain Health System's Palmerton Hospital Adult Day Services Center will hold a Family Caregiver Support Group on Wed., May 25, from 6-8 p.m. in the Palmerton Community Services Center, 217 Franklin Ave., Palmerton.

Learn how to move your loved one when they cannot move themselves. Demonstrations of proper body mechanics will be part of the program.The guest speaker will be Gary Higgins, director of Blue Mountain Health System's Rehabilitation Services.The group offers free education, sharing of ideas and community support from caregivers who understand the daily obligations.Meetings are free and open to the public.
