Conduct charges

Two persons have been cited for disorderly conduct in separate incidents.

State police at Lehighton said on Sunday, Oct. 10, about noon, troopers responded to the area of 402 Bridge St., Weissport, for a report of a disorderly conduct incident. Troopers said witnesses told them that Kirmit C. Strohl, 48, of Weissport, was yelling and causing a public disturbance. He had left the scene prior to the arrival of troopers.Strohl was charged, troopers said.On Saturday, Oct. 9, about 8:45 p.m. troopers were called to SR115 near Woodstock Drive, in Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County, for an incident. Troopers allege that Gary G. Liquori, 26, of Kunkletown, threw a full cup of coffee at the windshield of a vehicle. He was cited, troopers said.
