Con Gallagher, an Allentown based dance instructor with ties to the local area, was honored recently by his students with an appreciation award at one of his Wednesday evening classes at the Hometown Fire Company. For the past three years Mr. Gallagher has made the trip from the Lehigh Valley every Wednesday evening to teach students, who themselves travel from all parts of Eastern Pa., a range of dance routines from ballroom and Latin to club and swing. At his January 20th class, he was presented with a plaque to honor and thank him for is dedicated service and to mark the three year anniversary of the program.
