Palmerton Area School Board on Tuesday unanimously approved the following extracurricular positions per the negotiated contract for the 2010-11 school year:

Anne Schneider, field hockey, volunteer.Michael Gombert, head track coach, $3,805.Glenn Reimer, head softball coach, $3,805.Matthew Krempasky, junior high field hockey coach, $2,498.Ryan Sharkazy, assistant boy's soccer coach, $2,498.Avery Weber, assistant football coach, volunteer.Susan Pielmeier, swim coach (co-deck), volunteer.Karl Pielmeier, swim coach (co-deck), volunteer.The board also approved, on an 8-0 vote, with an abstention from Director Susan Debski:Barry Hahn, head girls soccer coach, $3,805.The board also tabled the following extracurricular positions per the negotiated contract for the 2010-11 school year:Daniele Schneider, head tennis coach, $2,288.Thomas Smelas, head baseball coach, $3,805.
