Three persons were injured in a fight that took place around 1:20 a.m. Sept. 22 outside of Goodfella's Bar, North Manheim Township, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

Police said "multiple subjects" were involved in the fight.

Injured were Brandon Schaffer, 24, who police said was an aggravated assault victim, and Daniel Stevenson, 22, and Michelle Rohrbach, 23, who police said were victims of simple assaults. All are from Pottsville.

One person was hurt in a two-vehicle accident at 3:58 p.m. Sept. 21 on Route 309 in Lynn Township.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said David J. Fritzinger, 60, of Pottsville, sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Gnaden Huetten Memorial Hospital, Lehighton. Police said he received minor lacerations.

A Barry Township home was entered between 1 p.m. Sept. 21 and 10 a.m. Sept. 22, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

The victim is William Snyder, 67,of Hegins.

He told police someone entered his residence at 777 Hill Road in the township by smashing a rear window located to the right of his back door. Upon entering the premises, the intruder(s) took a 100-foot copped extension cord and a 20-foot work light cord. Each of the items have $15 values on them.

A criminal mischief incident that happened between 2:30-10:30 p.m. Sept. 21 in Heidelberg Township is being investigated by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

The victim is a 16-year-old female from New Tripoli.

She told police she parked her vehicle in the parking lot of the Northwestern Lehigh High School, 6493 Route 309, and upon returning to it found multiple food items were thrown on its front windshield.

Peter Witman, 20, of Summit Station, is facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol as a result of a one-vehicle crash at 2:40 a.m. Sept. 20 on West Wade Road in cass Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at the Frackville barracks said two persons were hurt in the crash, including Witman and his passenger, Zachery Zimmerman, 20, of Seltzer. Police said they each sustained moderate injuries.

State police at the Frackville barracks said raffle tickets and money were stolen when someone burglarized a property in Shenandoah Heights on Sept. 22.

The incident was reported by Herman Reinoehl, 345 California Ave., at 2:22 p.m.

He told police someone forced open a locked garage door and went into the garage to take the tickets and money before fleeing undetected.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a theft by unlawful taking incident involving a missing wallet.

The victim is Elizabeth Mary Brownlee, 22, of Blandon.

The incident happened between 1:30-1:40 a.m. Sept. 22 at the Ridge Bar and Grille, 6799 Madison St., Lynn Township.

Police said Brownlee told them when she attempted to pay her check she noticed her wallet was missing.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks have reported the arrest of Diana Lin Lecessi, 47, of Emmaus, for shoplifting.

The incident happened at 7:25 p.m. Sept. 20 at the Wal-Mart Store in Lower Macungie Township.

Police said she attempted to leave the store without paying for $415.07 worth of merchandise.

Also arrested was a 15-year-old female who accompanied the woman at the time.

A trailer was burglarized in North Manheim Township sometime between Sept. 21-23, according to state police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks.

The incident happened at Sammy's Mobile Home Park in the township. The victim is Karen Rohrbach, 48, of Schuylkill Haven.

She told police someone entered the trailer and stole her keys, form of identification, a Visa debit check card, $50 in cash and medication.

State police at the Fogelsville barracks said they are looking for the owner of a purse that was found at 3:30 p.m. Sept. 20 in the area of the Weisenberg Fire Company, Weisenberg Township.

Police said the purse was turned in to them by an unnamed person who found it in the middle of the road on State Route 863. It contained a digital music player and other items.

Police said the owner can claim the purse by properly identifying it.
