Fern Ridge state police are investigating the discovery of a body this morning in Monroe County.

Neighbors report the late model Kia was sitting along the roadway in the 1200 block of Burger Hollow Road for almost two days. When one neighbor looked inside at 6:30 a.m. today he discovered a young woman lying on the back seat deceased.

The Monroe county coroner is on scene.
