Schuylkill County Treasurer Linda Marchalk announced that her office is hosting a tax collectors' meeting for the benefit of all tax collectors in the county at 5:30 p.m. today at Roman's Lounge & Catering in Frackville.

JoAnne Flynn, Schuylkill County MIS Systems Specialist, will provide information on computer and reporting requirements for tax collectors.There is no charge for the tax collectors to attend the event thanks to the following sponsors: M&T Bank, Anthracite Abstract Co. Inc., Attorney Karen Domalakes, Northeast Edge Associates, LLC, and Penn National Abstract."I feel it's important to offer an opportunity for our tax collectors and my staff to collaborate on issues that tax collectors are facing on a daily basis. This meeting is an exciting educational platform to be able to exchange ideas and information," Marchalk said.
