A former Summit Hill woman who had been reported missing in December by her neighbors has been located and charged by police for leaving her animals behind.

Summit Hill police said Felica "Felly" Bachman, 26, was located on Jan. 8 and was now living onNorth Jordan Street in Allentown.Prior to her disappearance on Dec. 4, she had issued a bad check to her landlord on Nov. 26.She has been charged with a bad check violation.With regards to her disappearance, Bachman had abandoned a dog and rabbit when she left her apartment. In that incident, she has been charged with abandonment of animals and cruelty of animals.
